My favorite English antonyms are cleave “to split, part, or divide by force” (thought to be descended from PIE root *gleubh- “to tear apart”), and cleave “to adhere, cling” (thought to be descended from PIE root *gloi- “to stick”).

Autoantonyms are great!
We also have dust which can mean to remove dust like when you dust the curtains, or to add dust like when you dust a cake with sugar.
Peruse can mean to look very carefully and read something thoroughly, or it can mean look casually and skim a piece of writing.
Sanction can mean to give approval or it can mean to penalise.
